St Hubertus | Promotional motion design film
Promotional motion design film for St Hubertus. Refined art direction, dynamic animation, visual storytelling in service of promotion.
St Hubertus is a gastronomic establishment committed to a refined client experience and premium positioning. To strengthen its digital presence and attract a discerning clientele, the team needed a promotional motion design film capturing the essence of the venue.
The brief: a short, punchy film that makes you want to visit. The motion design had to create a warm, premium atmosphere reflecting the brand’s positioning — without the logistical and budgetary constraints of a real kitchen shoot.
The challenge: convey the quality, care and craftsmanship of St Hubertus in a matter of seconds, on mobile, without sound if necessary.

Our team designed a warm and inviting art direction. Golden tones, natural textures, elegant typography — the motion design creates an atmosphere evoking quality and artisanal craftsmanship.
The film is structured as a visual invitation: each sequence reveals an aspect of the St Hubertus offering with elegance. Gentle transitions and subtle animations create a soothing, alluring rhythm — the opposite of the frenetic reels typical of the food sector.
The multi-ratio format was planned from the start: 16:9 for the website and YouTube, 1:1 for Instagram, 9:16 for Stories and Reels. One film, three variations without visual compromise — the art direction is preserved in every format.
The original soundtrack plays on natural acoustic registers — wood, fire, ambience — to reinforce the sensory evocation. The film also works silently with carefully designed subtitles.

A promotional film that strengthens St Hubertus’ appeal across digital channels. The motion design created premium content — matching a traditional video production — without the constraints of a kitchen shoot.
The multi-format variations maximised the project’s return on investment. One brief, one creative process, complete coverage of communication channels: website, Instagram, Google Business, sales presentations and press relations.
How this kind of project is run.
Every project led by Nexia Studio follows the same production method, adapted to the deliverable at hand. We start with a rigorous brief phase, generally structured by ZIA, our AI creative project lead who formalises expectations, constraints, budget and timeline. This step determines the success of the entire project.
Then comes exploration : this is where generative AI shows its real value. Our art directors use Midjourney, Flux, Seedance, Kling and Runway to produce dozens of visual tracks in a few hours, where a traditional process would be limited to three or four explored directions. The exploration volume helps eliminate false good ideas quickly and concentrate creative energy on directions worth pursuing.
The human art direction phase then takes over. Selection, refinement, arbitration, typography, composition : this is where taste makes the difference. AI explores, the art director decides. Without this human step, the result would be indistinguishable from any other AI agency.
Finally, production : development, animation, compositing, post-production, asset preparation. This is the longest, most technical phase. Depending on the project nature, it can mobilise the Web, Motion or Graphic discipline, sometimes all three. The most frequently mobilised services include art direction, AI production, brand film, visual identity, WebGL 3D and virtual humans.
Nexia Studio is a distributed team based in Paris, Nice, Aix-en-Provence and Sophia Antipolis. This setup lets us assemble the right talent for each project without heavy structure.
